Description
This two-story house is situated on a quiet side street in Kerobokan, north of Kuta. The property covers 400 m² and is enclosed by a wall. Thanks to its proximity to the beach, a pleasant breeze blows almost constantly. A swimming pool (5.7 m x 3.3 m) in the beautiful tropical garden offers a refreshing dip. The house is supplied with water from a well equipped with an electric pump.
The light-filled house offers approximately 170 m² of living space. The ground floor features a spacious living area with high ceilings, an air-conditioned bedroom and office, a small open-plan kitchen, a small bathroom with a hot-water shower, and two covered terraces. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a covered balcony and an optional travel cot for a baby—and a large, bright, and welcoming bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a large shower (both with hot water).
All rooms are furnished with stylish teak, bamboo, and rattan furniture. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove with an extractor hood, a microwave, a washing machine, two Google TV units, and 24-hour internet access. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
An experienced and reliable Balinese woman cleans the house and launders towels and bed linen six days a week. She can also prepare Indonesian meals upon request for an additional fee.
The villa is located approximately a 10-minute drive from the beach. Shops for daily necessities (including imported goods), a market, and a casual restaurant are all within walking distance.
Kerobokan is a hub for food lovers, art enthusiasts, and night owls. Located north of Kuta and Legian, the area features excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine, trendy bars, chic fashion and handicraft boutiques, art galleries, and shops selling Balinese teak furniture. The beach is wide and uncrowded.
